Transforming Grief to Growth Workshop
(Feb 6 & 7 | 10:00 AM–4:00 PM)
This 2-day online workshop is for the woman who’s been holding it together for everyone else… while quietly falling apart inside.
If you’re carrying grief from any kind of loss such as a person, a relationship, a life season, your health, a dream, your sense of safety then this space is designed to help you understand what’s happening to you, soften the weight you’ve been carrying, and leave with practical tools you can actually use when the waves hit.
You won’t be asked to “move on” or rush your healing.
Instead, you’ll be supported to move through grief gently, honestly, and at your own pace within a grounded community where you don’t have to explain or perform.
What you’ll walk away with
Over these two days, we’ll explore how grief can become a pathway to clarity, meaning, and strength—without minimizing the loss.
You’ll learn:
Understanding Grief (Without Judgement)
Grief is a natural response to loss, not a problem to fix. You’ll learn what grief can look like (emotionally, mentally, physically) and why your experience makes sense—even if it feels messy or contradictory.
Emotional Expression That Actually Helps
You’ll practice ways to safely process emotions instead of suppressing them through guided reflection, writing, and story-sharing that help you access insight beyond words.
The Belief Compass (What You Were Taught About Grief)
We’ll uncover the “shoulds” and misinformation many of us learned—like being strong, staying busy, or not burdening others—and how those beliefs shape your nervous system and your healing.
Finding Meaning Without Letting Go of Love
You’ll explore ways to honor what mattered, integrate memories, and reconnect to what’s still true about you so grief doesn’t erase your identity, your joy, or your future.
Tools to Process Grief in Real Life
You’ll learn and practice practical tools you can use after the workshop when a trigger hits, when you feel numb, when anger rises, or when the loneliness feels too heavy.
You’re not meant to do this alone.
This workshop is about creating a safe, steady place to be witnessed, supported, and guided so you can stop carrying grief in silence and begin turning pain into something that strengthens you instead of shrinking you.
