Jennifer Thom

Borrowing from her own personal struggles, Jennifer Thom faces loss head-on.  In her twenties, Jennifer decided to pursue a career in Funeral Service as a way of further understanding loss and grief. Jenifer is a licenced funeral director and has worked closely with families experiencing loss through the early stages of illness through the process of declining health, death and family bereavement aftercare.

Jennifer and her husband own and operate Thom’s Funeral Home in Duchess, Alberta and facilitate grief education, funeral care and cremation services across Southern Alberta.

She has cared for and assisted countless families throughout their “Goodbye Journey”. Jennifer knows that we all face loss, whether it be a job, our health or a loved one. Her mission is to help people understand and adjust to those inevitable losses.
